we left Belleville last Friday to head to Honesdale, PA for the highlights illustrators party. On sunday we departed Honesdale headed for Watkins glen, NY.
The drive from Honesdale to Watkins was beautiful and the beetle handled the mountains well. We arrived in Watkins Glen and decided to hike through the state park along the gorge trail.
after the trail we headed back to our cabin to wash up. at first the sink was like "AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!".
but then he calmed down and was like "OH!"
On our second day in the glen, the weather was a little crappier, very overcast and some rain. We drove around lake Seneca and visited wineries and a distillery.
Tam liked the wine I was less then satisfied with the booze but the view from the parking lot of the distillery was awesome.
In watkins glen, there are mixed feelings about "Dave"
